Wedding videography in Morehead City
We’ve filmed at the Beaufort Hotel on the Beaufort waterfront, and that part of the coast is hard to beat on camera; shrimp boats tied up along Taylor’s Creek, wild horses on the islands across the channel, houses in the historic district that have stood since the 1700s. The rest of the Crystal Coast gives you room to pick your water: soundfront lawns around Morehead City, the beach out past Fort Macon in Atlantic Beach, oceanfront houses down Emerald Isle where the whole wedding weekend happens under one roof.
It’s an easy drive up the coast from us in Wilmington, so none of our packages carry a travel fee out here. If your date lands anywhere between Beaufort and Emerald Isle, we want to hear about it.

Documentary style
We won’t hand you a shot list or ask for a second take of the first kiss. We watch, stay quiet, and cut the film from the day you actually had.
Husband-and-wife team
We’re a married team, Kevin and Haley. The people you text with before the wedding are the same ones who show up with the cameras, and we like it that way.
Super 8mm film
There’s a vintage Super 8 camera in our kit, loaded with real Kodak stock. Actual film grain, not a plugin. Hardly anybody in North Carolina offers it for weddings anymore.
A limited calendar
We book a limited number of weddings each year; it leaves room to learn your story before the day and to edit without a clock running.

Real Super 8mm
film
Super 8 is the format family beach trips were shot on for decades. We shoot it for real; vintage camera, Kodak stock, reels developed at a lab. The warmth is in the film itself.

questions
Yes. Morehead City, Beaufort, Atlantic Beach, and Emerald Isle are an easy trip from our Wilmington base, so travel is included in all three packages at no extra cost.
All the time; it’s home territory for us. We plan around wind, tide, and sun position so audio stays clean and the light works in your favor, and we know how quickly coastal weather can shift.
Three packages. The Short ($2,950) is a six-hour day with one filmmaker and a 3–4 minute highlight film. The Feature ($4,400) covers the full day and includes the ceremony as a standalone edit. The Director’s Cut ($6,500) brings both of us, with drone, a speeches and toasts edit, and Super 8mm added. If you want the day mostly on film, six rolls runs $7,500 and The Reel runs $8,500. Crystal Coast travel is free, a 30% retainer reserves the date, and monthly plans cover the balance.
Somewhere in the 12 to 18 month range is the sweet spot. Crystal Coast dates between late spring and mid-fall are usually the first claimed, and the calendar only holds a limited number of weddings each year.

Each year we film a limited number of weddings, and the coast’s warm months disappear from our calendar first. 2026 peak dates are going quickly; 2027 is wide open.
